No more(?) shipping to EU-countries...

I never thought that the idiotic ideas of EU bureaucrats would prevent Gusstaff Records from freely shipping cultural goods like records to private consumers within the EU. Seriously. Starting today (August 12, 2026), another package of the so-called PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) comes into effect, which puts small companies like Gusstaff Rec. and other tiny labels and distributors on par with huge corporations and companies like Amazon in terms of obligations, fees, and penalties. Spain has gone the furthest in its attempts to restrict its citizens' purchases outside of their own country; legal shipping to private consumers (and even to businesses) involves so much bureaucracy and packaging fees that neither I nor even any large independent label can afford them. The EU machine could very easily trigger an application from Madrid to be processed by Polish offices. I'm not going to risk it; it's bad enough that I already have to deal with the Polish BDO-system every year. From now on, I only ship within Poland and outside the EU (excluding the US, because they've implemented stupid customs regulations there, the UK, because they also have some messed-up regulations and export registration requirements, and of course Israel, Belarus, and Russia, because they're terrorist states). It doesn't matter if my company ships one package a year to the EU or a thousand. None.
